1962-2009
Billy was a rare human being, the type of man that once you met him, he was your friend - your friend for life. Billy's smile would light up a dark room and inspire every person in the room. A performer, an entertainer and an incredible showman.
Billy made sure that everyone he came into contact with felt special. His warm and thoughtful personality would flow into everyone's heart. Those of us who were fortunate enough to have known Billy know there is a new voice leading heaven's Choir.
